Biological - Methods of control appearing naturally in certain exosystems as an evolutionary defense mechanism
- Evolutionary Bio. - Adaptability is written into our genes. The most adaptable creature is the most durable and that why evolution occurs. Our DNA rewrites the next generation to make a creature that is as adaptable to it's environment as possible. Humans for example have been given the largest adaptability via opposable thumbs and the ability to operate tools. This lead to the evolution of the cerebral cortex and the ability to adapt by creating more and more advanced tools. Not to toot our on horn, but DNA's expression of our being is the most highly adaptable and therefore durable creature we know to exist simply we can deal with the most. Richard Dawkins selfish gene brings up that there is some level of "thought" even on the level of DNA and our DNA may even be what influence our behavior!
