PLANET EARTH CORDYCEPS FUNGI

The cordyceps fungi not only affects ants, but there is a species of it for almost every single insect in jungles where it inhabits.  Looking into the ant version I also discovered a type of nematode that affects ain't so their abdomen resembles a berry, the "berry" ain't then climbs up where birds can eat them and they can complete their life cycle in the birds tract.

Neamatode = Myrmeconema neotropicum
